Visualize your etheric body above your head. Visualize the central core of your body as a line of violet light. From that center, to the surface of your skin the color gradually changes through the spectrum until you reach red at the skin level. The order of the color shift is Violet, Indigo, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, Red. Each limb will change color from the interior out in the same manner. When you have finished creating the rainbow body visualize that you are pulling your etheric body down over your rainbow body, infusing the rainbow body entirely with the light of the etheric body.
