I have spoken in other articles of obtaining a resonate state of awareness. This happens when the three parts of your primary soul are integrated. When these three parts exist in harmony in your body, you will never again be alone. It will not possible to be lonely, nor to experience neurotic fear and anxiety, because you have received what you have always been seeking and some part of you knows that this is your forever, even after death. The feeling received from this accomplishment is one of glowing comfort, wide-eyed appreciation, and flowing euphoria. You are aware of the wonder of your own breath, the wonder of the beauty around you, and the pure inexplicable wonder of this new consolidation inside. The depiction of having achieved the state of "the radiant soul" is the same as that represented in classical religious art as having a halo.

An integration of three parts of the primary soul in necessary before the nahualli (double soul) can be developed. These three parts of the primary soul are called the ihiyotl, the yolia and the tonalli. The ihiyotl comes from the intestines and lodges in the liver. The yolia lives in the heart and at death flies away as a volatile (bird or butterfly) and leaves a mark on the back of the corpse, behind the heart, in the shape of a butterfly. The tonalli lodges in the top of the head and is the part that is the dreamer, shadow, reflection and the heat of the body. "Tona" literally means heat or sunlight. "Tonatiuh" is the name for the sun. The tonalli is created at birth by the breath of the gods and by their drilling into the body with a fire drill. Everyone has these three parts of the basic soul, however they can not be integrated until the process that is called in the Hindu tradition, "the raising of the kundalini" occurs. There are practices from India and Mexico to accomplish this. They involve meditation on the chakras and moving energy up the spine to catalize the "serpent energy".

As one grows in affinity with the dawn light deities by sharing their breath and invocation, the tonalli becomes stronger. The tonalli is the life force itself and the way that the gods work through you. It is the part of primary focus of all the three parts of the primary soul. A jewel often represents the tonalli. In the case of Quetzalcoatl, his mother was impregnated with a piece of jade given to her by a duck (representing Chalchiuhtlique and Tlaloc) in a cave pond. This indicates that Quetzalcoatl's tonalli came from the gods of Tolacan, the water heaven. In fact these Chalchiuhtlique, Tlaloc, Quetzalcoatl and Tlahuizcalpantecuhtli are all dieties of the jade stone and central in the Constellation of Forces in the Jade Water Way.

If the three parts of the primary soul are not integrated during one's lifetime, they separate after death. The ihiyotl goes to the underworld. The yolia becomes a volatile and flies away to heaven, and the tonalli may go to any number of places. After the three parts of the soul have been integrated by raising the kundalini, the three parts will no longer separate after death. After the integration of the primary soul has taken place, the fertilization for the double soul or nahualli can happen. For women, it is done through the "creation of the pearl within". The pearl is the fertilized egg that will become the fetus of the nahualli. I believe that the procedure is also true for men. In my recent trip to Mexico I saw the image of the Nahalli fetus in the back of the "Atlantes" statues on the temple of Tlahuizcalpantecuhtli, verifying this spiritual form.

At the time this second soul fertilization (creation of the pearl) happened for me I was working with a women who was trained as a witch (sorcerer) in the Mexican tradition. She was trained by don Juan Matus, Carlos Castenada's teacher, and had in her collection some powerful spiritual practices that she introduced me to including the practice of the creation of the pearl within. She used the title Nagual. In the pure sense a nahualli or Nagual (Spanish term) is someone who has completed his or her second soul (nahualli). In common language, however, these terms are often given to anyone who has integrated the three parts of the primary soul, and even to anyone who just practices witchcraft. Also there are those who give this title to themselves without having reached the spiritual stage to deserve it, for prestige and money. nahualli is often also translated as the animal double--representing the double soul after it is birthed. A shapeshifter would be someone who has birthed a double soul--someone who rightfully deserves the title of nahualli or Nagual. The test for this would be if they can bi-locate on demand. This rarely, if ever, happens during one's lifetime. It generally occurs that, for those who have a nahualli fetus, it is birthed at the moment of death. During this period I was also working with a man who does not teach publicly and whose spiritual lineage descends from the time of Quetzalcoatl. He also uses the title Nagual.

I am giving you the practice, but I have to comment here that my energetic configuration at the time I accomplished the creation of the pearl was likely very different than your own. For one I have never had children and although I was not menopausal at the time, I also was not having periods. In addition, I had also gone for an extended period of time without orgasm--a practice to build spiritual energy--and I had my kundalini raised some 20 years earlier.

In this practice you move energy around in your womb, or, I suppose your etheric womb if you are a man. Don't ask me how a man creates this, I don't know. The power of the gods always moves in circular or spiraling movements. You can do this meditation lying down or sitting. I usually moved the energy down the left side, across the bottom, up the right side and across the top, and spiraling in as the energy ball became smaller. While you are moving the energy, you are also contracting and releasing the perineum area, just as you do in Kegel exercises. Your arms can be at your side, or one hand on your navel and one on your heart. You continue to contract and release while you circulate and reduce the size of the energy until it is the size and form of a ball, and finally until it is the size of a pearl. Keep doing this practice anytime you can.

At the time the practice succeeded for me, I was at my Aunt's house and it was a few weeks after being introduced to the practice. My aunt was a loving motherly type--a radiant woman whose energy everyone seemed to wanted to be around (or in some cases to possess.) I don't know if being at her house was a key factor in the situation, but I am sure it helped. I was staying overnight in the guest room in the early hours of June 28, 1997, when I began to dream. I dreamt of explaining the practice of the pearl to someone else in my dream. Then I woke up from that dream, but I was still dreaming at another level, and here I explained my dream to someone else. Then I woke up completely, and after contemplating the dream, I decided to do the practice while still awake. I started the practice and at the point of reducing the size to pearl size, I suddenly had a total and complete spontaneous full-body orgasm. I had never experienced such an thing--it was as much centered in the top of my head and in every chakra and cell as anywhere else. Some part of me said "I did it!" as though that part of me "knew" what it was. And I was transported to a profoundly splendid euphoric bliss--as though I had just woken up in heaven. At the moment of the full-body orgasm, the pearl was actually created, it no longer needed to be visualized.

An adjunct to this is that "your moon flips" at the next full moon following this experience. You must be in dark isolation, meditating for several days before, in order to accomplish this. Something energetically significant will happen to mark that you are successful. Once your moon is flipped, you are no longer in alignment with the full moon; you are in alignment with the new moon. At the full moon now, you do things absorptive and quiet rather than celebrative.

Eventually the fetus of the double soul (nahualli) develops from the pearl and is born up and out of the top of your head, although as I said, this more commonly happens at the moment of death. At this birthing, you have in effect merged with Venus as the morning star, the lord of the dawn Tlahuizcalpantecuhtli. Quetzalcoatl achieved this and that is why Quetzalcoatl and Tlahuizcalpantecuhtli are often represented as the same. You then have the ability to resurrect as Jesus and Quetzalcoatl did and you can intentionally bi-locate. By bi-locate, I mean to completely manifest in two places at once, which is on a much higher order than sending your astral body somewhere and having someone see it.
